Interplay - fast paced, game based sessions
“We never had a webinar as interactive
as that. We didn't even know it was possible!”

WE CREATE DYNAMIC INTERACTIVE WEBINARS TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

(From 10 - 1,000 people)

Most webinars are desperately boring and are just an excuse for participants to catch up with their emails. Why is this the case? Because people treat webinars as a passive medium. It’s not passive, it’s dynamically active. Webinars when delivered well, are a combination of live radio, TED Talk, and InterActive theatre.

We can “design and deliver” or “design so you deliver” dynamically interactive and cost effective webinars on any subjects where you want to deliver change or/and trigger a mindset and behavioural shift.

Where would you use this:

  • Training people people on specific skills
  • Town hall addresses
  • Communication and engagement campaigns
  • Knowledge sharing
  • Activating Big Mind (i.e 300 people or 3 different companies solving a problem together)

THE FORMATS

We design webinars that meets your specific requirements. You can also book one of our existing series. Our Webinar formats are unique and provide a cost effective, dynamic way to diffuse and integrate new behaviours simultaneously in multiple locations and geographies.

EXAMPLE 1: THE GLOBAL TRAINING ROOM

AROUND THE WORLD OR AROUND THE CORNER

Imagine a seminar being run in one of your meeting rooms, simultaneously linked to any number of other meeting rooms around the world via video conference. Imagine being able to set exercises and engage with people interactively in real time whether they are on the other side of the world or in a neighbouring town. What if the format were as effective as running individual seminars in each location? How much would that save in time and costs? So… how does it work?

1.The seminar is delivered to all connected rooms simultaneously.
2.At key moments all participants watch a short film highlighting key issues or effectiveness techniques.
3.They then engage in an exercise to solve the problem or upgrade their behaviours.
4.Then then link back into the seminar to reinforce their learning and move to the next stage.

It is a highly effective and cost-effective method of training and development.

For example:

We created a series of globally interlinked seminars for a global banking client. While the facilitator ran a live session with 15 people in a room in London, five interlinked sessions were being run simultaneously in Hong Kong, New York, Moscow, Paris and Milan via video conference. The seminars were a great success and were recorded to sustain the learning and pass it onto colleagues.

EXAMPLE 2: DIGITAL INTERACT

REHEARSALS FOR REALITY

Here we translate the award-winning technology of InterActive theatre to the globally scaleable webinar screen.

This is how it works:

We play a film of a scenario that illustrates an issue the audience wants to resolve. When they have watched the film, we discuss the possibilities available to one of the characters in the film. The audience then gets to improvise their ideas with the actor or actress from the film live, in realtime. People can intervene, make comments and try out variations. It's a perfect rehearsal for reality and leaves an indelible impression on your group. These webinars are recorded for posterity and included as content in SmartBooks to grow, deepen and sustain the learning.

To give you an idea of the scaleability of this solution... you could run a 60 minute session for between 3 and 30 different locations simultaneously, have people develop new connections and develop a common approach to the issues people around the world face everyday. What other medium provides this possibility?

Example:
We created a SmartBook series for a global client to help them launch a new set of behaviours to enhance talent management and retention. The SmartBook included a variety of behavioural scenarios which people often find challenging. We launched the SmartBooks with a series of webinars timed to engage Europe, USA and Asia. A number of the films were played to participants who then tested out a variety of solutions with the actors from the films - sometimes in teams and sometimes individually. All the while we encouraged a stream of comments and suggestions through the text and whiteboard applications to maximise the learning and create an immersive experience. The webinars were recorded and played to those who could not attend. It is a deceptively simple and engaging experience.

The client runs webinars and town-hall addresses internationally on a daily basis. They have claimed that our approach has been the most successful and engaging they have ever experienced.

NEXT LEVEL
Imagine you’ve got 200 people online, they watch the film and the scenario and then, rather than interacting with the facilitator, people interact directly with the actors of the films. They have just seen a film with two actors and now then can interact directly with these two actors (who can even be dressed in the same clothes).

EXAMPLE 3: BIG MIND VIRTUAL MEETINGS

REALISE THE COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE OF YOUR PEOPLE

There is a way of connecting the intelligence,, wisdom and refined experience of hundreds of people and leveraging that to find radical and effective new solutions to problems. We call these processes BIG MIND. They use the medium of virtual meetings to engage and connect your people as never before.

Example: we created a series of 1h virtual meetings for a client who needed teams spread across 6 different countries and three time zones to resolve common problems faster and definitively. We gave them a common problem-solving technique started by giving them the principle of one of our creativity tools in a short film. We then applied that technique directly to one of their issues. The different countries worked on different aspects of the issue simultaneously, circulating their thinking and building on the solutions of others. In 1 hour they made more progress than they had done in months using more ‘traditional’ methods.

When the media of webinars and virtual meetings are used effectively they transform the way we work and think.

EXAMPLE 4: PEER TO PEER COACHING CIRCLES

HELP YOUR PEOPLE DEVELOP THEMSELVES IN-HOUSE

What if your people could coach and facilitate each other with the same level of effectiveness as an external facilitator but without budget?

We have been enabling people in organisations to create Peer-to-Peer coaching circles in organisations for years to great effect. We have now adapted this experience and practice to the virtual meeting environment. Each peer to peer coaching circle is composed of 4 people. We provide highly specific templates to enable them to have highly effective development conversations. Each meeting lasts 1-2 hours and occurs once per month. This is highly scalable and cost effective way to develop large groups of people and support change programmes. Here is how it works:

KICK START: 1H WEBINAR
We run a single 1h webinar in which we give people a template of how to run a peer to peer coaching session and what they get from it

EVERY MONTH
We send them new templates and short films introducing a new tool they can explore within their development conversation. This supports and sustains learning, grows connections and relationships in house and provides an indefinite support mechanism.

EXAMPLE 5: MASTERCLASSES

C-LEVEL & H.R PROFESSIONNALS

“THE MISSING LINK” Webinar Series
Driving Change effectively is such a specialist area and skills-set and yet its effects are all-pervasive. This series of MASTERCLASSES helps those who can make the greatest difference to the organisation shorten their learning curve and become highly effective.

Subjects include:

  • Designing a culture change program?
  • Creating a movement.
  • Leading change.

EXAMPLE 6: PURPOSE & VALUES

MAKING IT BEHAVIOURAL

We have helped many thousands of people and organisations across the world discover and live their Purpose. This is a penetratingly simple and deeply effective program which, quite literally, brings work and life to the next level. Sometimes we work with individuals, sometimes with project teams and sometimes with the organisation as a whole. The effect is always the same, a profound shift in favour of authenticity, meaning and greater collaboration.
