In the event of an immediate sale, all rights related to the goods to the seller are tacitly receptive to the buyer, whereas this is not the case in the sales contract. In some cases, the sale is also made in accordance with the descriptions, which is why it applies to both the sale and the sale pursuant to Section 15 of the Property Sale Act, 1930. However, section 8 of the aforementioned law deals with the goods that flow before the sale, but under the sale agreement, so that this section again highlights the goods that, through no fault of the seller or buyer, are damaged or corrupted. If a transfer of ownership is intended for the future and there are terms and conditions, then it is called a sales contract. This is a sale if all the terms and conditions are met or if the transfer time of the property has passed. A deed of sale is made if there is an immediate transfer of ownership.
